Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine resides in the Tidewater Building located in downtown New Orleans. Rome Office has been asked to envision a new ground floor program which includes a student commons area, lobby, gallery, and auditorium. Our proposal focuses on the mission and values of public health to provide a gathering place for students and faculty while creating a synergy with the emerging upper Canal Street corridor.
