PROJECT ARCHITECT

Requirements:

  • Professional Architecture degree

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Designer / Architect

  • Experience on large scale projects

  • Licensure is preferred

  • Experience with mass timber design is a plus

  • Experience through SD, DD, CD, and CA phases

  • High-level proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written

  • Strong conceptual and design skills

  • Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team

  • Ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project

  • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time

  • Ability to manage and direct less experienced staff

  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working

  • Legal permits and visas required to work in USA

ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER

Requirements:

  • Professional Architecture degree

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer 

  • Has experience working on Interiors for residential, office, and hospitality projects

  • Strong conceptual and design skills

  • Strong visual communication skills

  • Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written

  • Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team

  • Ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project

  • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time

  • Ability to take initiative in response to direction from managers

  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working

  • Legal permits and visas required to work in USA

  • Experience putting together drawing sets

  • Experience on large scale projects are a plus

DESIGN ASSISTANT (INTERN)

Requirements:

  • Must be an architecture student with a minimum 2 years of school experience or hold a bachelors degree in architecture

  • Strong graphics and architectural visualization skills

  • Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written

  • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time

  • Ability to take initiative in response to direction from managers

  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
