Requirements:
Professional Architecture degree
6+ years of professional experience as a Designer / Architect
Experience on large scale projects
Licensure is preferred
Experience with mass timber design is a plus
Experience through SD, DD, CD, and CA phases
High-level proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
Strong conceptual and design skills
Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
Ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time
Ability to manage and direct less experienced staff
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Legal permits and visas required to work in USA
ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Requirements:
Professional Architecture degree
3+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer
Has experience working on Interiors for residential, office, and hospitality projects
Strong conceptual and design skills
Strong visual communication skills
Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
Ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time
Ability to take initiative in response to direction from managers
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Legal permits and visas required to work in USA
Experience putting together drawing sets
Experience on large scale projects are a plus
DESIGN ASSISTANT (INTERN)
Requirements:
Must be an architecture student with a minimum 2 years of school experience or hold a bachelors degree in architecture
Strong graphics and architectural visualization skills
Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
